Carter & Associates Chartered Accountants Ltd was originally founded by Terry Carter, as Terry J Carter & Associates Ltd.
The introduction of Terry's son Aaron into the Practice, as a Director and Shareholder, has seen the name change to Carter and Associates Chartered Accountants Ltd.
Our office is based in Ellerslie, behind the Ellerslie Racecourse, with easy access from the Greenlane, Tecoma and Panmure off ramps.
We have ample free parking right outside our building, and across the road in the main carpark, so clients frequently pop in with ease to discuss their current business situations or ask for advice.
The combination of Terry and Aaron has allowed the practice to retain the old fundamental values of how businesses operate but also add vitality, enthusiasm and new systems no matter what size or service is required.
The majority of our clients are in the Auckland region, however we service a number of clients throughout New Zealand and the World.
As Chartered Accountants, we are assessed by the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants, to ensure we are providing clients with suitable information and advice to meet their Financial Reporting requirements.
We also have a relationship with the IRD as tax agents, which means our clients receive an extension of time to not only file their tax returns, but also when paying their tax.
Through Aaron's contacts from working within a "Big 4" Accounting firm, we have the ability to draw on vast amounts of resources to meet any need.
With a number of relationships in place with mid-tier and "Big 4" firms, this has allowed our clients to benefit from the lower fees of dealing with a smaller accounting firm, but to also have the ability to draw on a larger firm should the need arise.
As a smaller firm, we have the ability to provide quality and timely advice to you, as and when you need it.
